Support for what comes next

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, stretched thin, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can offer space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Many people come to therapy during periods of transition, when life feels unsettled or they want space to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns they want to change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized, with a focus on meaningful insight, practical tools, and lasting growth.

Meet Sarah

I’m a PhD-trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and New Jersey, with a Master’s degree from NYU School of Social Work and a PhD from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work.

I work with young adults, adults, and teens who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many people reach out during periods of change, when things feel uncertain or difficult to make sense of alone.

In addition to my private practice, I teach in graduate social work programs at Wurzweiler and Touro University, bringing more than a decade of experience supporting adolescents and adults across school and clinical settings.

Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. My approach combines thoughtful insight with practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.
